HOW TO RETURN?
If you change your mind about the jewellery, please contact us using the returns contact form within 14 days of delivery. You will be required to return the jewellery to us for a full refund. Please note you will be required to pay return postage and ensure it is sent to us safely.


FAULTY ITEM?
We sincerely apologise if you have experienced a fault with your Shinar jewellery. Please contact us on our returns form for a refund or replacement item.


WHAT CAN I RETURN?
We accept returns if you change your mind. But we are unable to accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons. We also do not accept returns on jewellery purchased from our stockists. You will have to return it directly to them. 


STOCKIST RETURNS?
If you wish to return your jewellery purchased from one of our stockists, you will be required to return it directly to them. We cannot accept returns of jewellery purchased from our stockists.
